What is the search process?

Recruiting methods include a large industry network, keeping current with industry and recruiting specific resources, technologies, continuous people and company data base enrichment, postings and utilization of job boards when appropriate, and most of all direct targeted recruiting to reach critical passive candidates.

How are confidential searches handled?

As a specialized search firm we have a network of potential candidates to draw from and directly recruit new candidates without divulging the company or specifics. Working with an experienced recruiter that understands the industry is critical in keeping things vague while having credibility to approach employed management talent. The client is not divulged to the candidate until there is interest in an interview.
