Are services confidential?

Yes. Candidates are contacted prior to submitting to confirm interest, compensation and current status. In cases of working on confidential searches you will be contacted to confirm availability. Your resume will not be posted anywhere.

Does the candidate pay any fees?

No, the clients pay the fees.

What types of companies does Garland Source recruit for?

Trucking companies, private fleets, 3PL’S, corporate supply chain departments and vendors in the transportation community. Verticals include a wide array of transportation models and modes, from heavy haul to courier, international or domestic, asset, non-asset and freight management.

What position types and levels?

Full spectrum transportation and logistics management such as operations, safety, maintenance, IT, HR, recruiting, accounting, sales, general management, supply chain managers. Position titles include managers, directors, VP’s, C-Level and presidents.

What geographical areas are covered?

Positions primarily based in the United States with experience in all of North America.

What is the process?

A short emailed questionnaire or phone screen to start a candidate profile covering why you are interested in making a change, types and levels of opportunities that would be of interest, compensation, relocation flexibility, and skill set.

When a specific job appears to be a match an additional phone screen will be arranged.
During an interview process there will be prep tips, debriefing, and communication on the position status. If things move towards an offer reference and compensation discussions begin.
